MITV debuts innovative setting design of news studio

An inaugural ceremony of MITV’s innovative setting design of News Studio was held at MITV News studio at the MRTV in Yangon.
MRTV Director-General U Ye Naing, Managing Director U Min Min of Shwe Thanlwin Media Company Limited and officials attended the event.
First, the MRTV director-general unveiled the MITV News Studio signboard and along with the Shwe Thanlwin MD cut the ribbon to introduce the Smart TV screen with the background innovative setting design.
Afterwards, they watched the documentary video about the structure of the innovative setting design for the news studio and viewed the beginning of news reporting.
MRTV and Shwe Thanlwin Media Company Limited have made joint efforts to develop the MITV channel and a new background setting of MITV News Studio has been built by a graphic designer from Thailand with the cost of K10 million.
MITV is the only channel broadcasting in English and has good programmes with local and world news being regularly broadcast daily from 7 am to 3 pm three times within 24 hours. — MNA
