02 sskm

The malicious Khit Thit media is spreading the misinformation, saying that the security forces burned Ngagatwin Village of Monywa Township on 3 February, leading villagers including from nearby 10 villages to run away from their homes. Again, the media also reported that Chanpyan Village of Matupi Township was burnt down by security forces as they were blown up by mines near the village on 1 February.
According to the information from the local people and the local authorities, it is just false news, and the security forces did not serve security duty near Ngagatwin Village of Monywa Township on that day. Similarly, it is reported that the security forces did not go near the Chanpyan Village of Matupi Township on 1 February.
The malicious media outlets are poisoning information to destroy the nation’s peace and stability. Consequently, the government media are reporting the up-to-date true information for the public not to misunderstand the real situations. — MNA/TRKM
