Announcement for taking legal actions in accord with law

A case was opened against medical expert U Zaw Wai Soe, who served duties at the University of Medicine (1), under Penal Code section 505-a for committing incitement to his colleagues and fellows for CDM on the social network at Latha Myoma police station on 2 March 2021.

He intentionally cooperates with the organizations formed by CRPH, which commits high treason, to affect the stability of the State and so arrangements are being made to take action against him under high treason.

Moreover, Deputy Director for the Department of Human Resources for Health of the Ministry of Health and Sports Dr Win Ko Ko Thein (aka) Thakka Moe Nyo posted news that affect the security and the rule of law of the country on his Facebook pace and so he was charged with the Telecommunication Law Section 33(a) at Pattar police station in Pobbathiri on 3 February 2021 in addition to the Penal Code Section 505-a for committing incitements for CDM movement at No(1) Myoma police station in Zabuthiri township on 17 February 2021.

The officials are conducting investigation to arrest U Zaw Wai Soe and Dr Win Ko Ko Thein (aka) Thakka Moe Nyo, and the people can report to the nearest police stations in Nay Pyi Taw, regions and states by contacting the announced phone numbers, and action will be taken against those keep the suspects in accordance with the law, according to the statement of Myanmar Police Force. —MNA
