CBM holds meeting on following Notification No 12/2022

The Central Bank of Myanmar organized a coordination meeting yesterday on strict adherence to Notification No 12/2022 by the AD licensed banks issued by the CBM on Sunday.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Governor U Win Thaw of the CBM, the director-general of the Foreign Exchange Management Department and officials of 44 AD licensed banks.
During the meeting, the CBM deputy governor explained the facts to follow by the AD licensed banks and discussed further statements regarding policies. He also stressed the need to strictly follow the Notification and not to occur any failure or violations. — MNA
