The highway express running to the townships in Ayeyawady Region through Dala Township, which had halted in the pandemic period, resumed its operation beginning from 16 February.

Htet Aung Kyaw bus line and Paing Ayar bus line are recently running along the Dala-Pyapon route from the Dala bus terminal for the passengers’ convenience. These two bus lines are running in line with the current COVID-19 rules and regulations.

The YBS Numbers 47, 48, 49 and 50 are running as usual from Dala-Twante-Kawhmu-Kungyangon townships to Hlinethaya.

The YBS buslines officials have warned YBS passengers to wear masks and maintain social distance from fellow passengers while travelling onboard the buses.

About 294 YBS buses, from 23 bus lines in Dala township in Yangon and Ayeyawady, transport the passengers. Now, some townships are lifting the restriction, and some buses are resuming their operation. —Naing Lin Kyaw (Dala)
