Grape cultivation on a commercial scale is prospering in Natmauk town, Magway Region.
Grapes are highly demanded in the domestic market. Grape cultivation can be seen in the neighbouring villages of Natmauk town. This small-scale business helps the villagers earn a living. Locals from Latkhokpin village, which is two miles away from Natmauk town, are also engaged in grape cultivation. They supply the grapes to the Natmauk town. The grapes can be harvested six months after pruning grapevines.
