Invitation extended to entrepreneurs for catering services on two Yangon-Mandalay trains

According to the Ministry of Transport and Communications, Myanma Railways has invited entrepreneurs to operate catering services on 3-up train and 4-down train, which run on the Yangon-Mandalay railway section.
Myanma Railway Headquarters will conduct an open tender for this business at 1 pm on 27 September, using a competitive bidding system. The tender will take place in the meeting hall on the first floor of Nay Pyi Taw Railway Station.
Therefore, interested entrepreneurs can purchase tender proposal forms at the office of Manager (Business/Division) in Division-3 Mandalay and Division-7 Yangon at the rate of K10,000 per copy during office hours until 26 September.
Myanma Railways is operating two express trains for the Yangon-Mandalay section, as well as two mail trains. Additionally, there will be two passenger and cargo trains for the Nay Pyi Taw-Yangon section and the Mawlamyine-Yangon section, along with two mail trains for the Yangon-Pyay and Thazi-Shwenyaung sections. On the Yangon-Bago, Thazi-Myingyan, Bagan-Mandalay and Pyinmana-Taungdwingyi sections, two passenger and cargo trains operate on each of these sections.
