The special appeal court composing Union Chief Justice U Htun Htun Oo and Supreme Court Judges U Aung Zaw Thein, U Tin Hone, U Thaung Naing and U Thein Ko Ko gave an interim order on two special civil appeal cases – No 28/2020 (Shan) and No 41/2020 (Mon), and also delivered judgements on one special criminal appeal case No 1/2022 (Rakhine) and four special civil appeal cases No 37/2020 (Ayeyawady), No 42/2020 (Yangon), No 19/2021 (Yangon) and No 7/2021 (Yangon), at the office room 1 of the Union Supreme Court yesterday morning.
Moreover, they heard one special criminal appeal case No 7/2022 (Shan) and four special civil appeal cases No 2/2022 (Yangon), No 12/2021 (Mandalay), No 3/2022 (Yangon) and No 6/2022 (Mandalay) following the COVID-19 health rules. — MNA
