MoI Deputy Minister inspects staff housing and dormitories

Information Deputy Minister U Ye Tint pays inspection tours round the staff housing in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.

Deputy Minister U Ye Tint of the Ministry of Information visited the staff housing and dormitories of the MoI yesterday morning and examined the progress of cleaning works for the surroundings.
The deputy minister and party went to the staff housing and dormitories (for single employees) of the ministry’s officials and staff, located in Mingalatheikdi Ward, Bawgatheikdi Ward, Danatheikdi Ward and Pyinnyatheikdi Ward in Zabuthiri Township. Then, they inspected collective cleaning works, environmental preservation activities, fire prevention measures, water and electricity consumption, the cultivation of crops and plants, proper disposal of garbage, the improvement of drainage system to prevent mosquito-related diseases and the housing and dormitory environment security conditions.
The deputy minister enquires about difficulties regarding social and health conditions of residents during the inspection and exhorts employees to follow housing rules and regulations, take security precautions and perform cleaning works of the environment in unity. — MNA
