MoIC Union Minister receives Chinese Ambassador

Chinese Ambassador Mr Chen Hai calls on Union Minister U Ko Ko Hlaing yesterday in Nay Pyi Taw.

Union Minister U Ko Ko Hlaing of the Ministry of International Cooperation received Mr Chen Hai, Ambassador of China to Myanmar, at 1 pm on 25 November 2022 at the Ministry of International Cooperation, Nay Pyi Taw.
During the meeting, they cordially exchanged views on matters pertaining to further consolidation of the existing Pauk Phaw relations, accelerating the implementation of Myanmar-China bilateral projects on the basis of mutual benefits, strengthening cooperation in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic, providing constructive support towards Myanmar’s Peace Process, restoration of peace and stability along the border area between Myanmar and China. They also cordially exchanged views on regional and international matters of mutual interests as well as closer collaboration between the two countries in regional and multilateral contexts particularly ASEAN and the United Nations. — MNA
