The Myanmar Day ceremony at the Expo 2023 Doha takes place yesterday at the Expo House in AI B Park, Doha.

The Myanmar pavilion is currently on display at the Expo 2023 Doha in Doha, Qatar, under the management of the Myanmar Trade Promotion Organization, a department of the Ministry of Commerce.
The Myanmar Day ceremony at Expo 2023 Doha took place yesterday at the Expo House in AI B Park, Doha. Attending the event were Daw Naw Muta Kapaw, the Director General of the Myanmar Trade Promotion Organization, Mr Mohamed Alkoori, the Secretary General of Expo 2023 Doha, and the commissioners-general from various countries.
The Myanmar Day ceremony began at 4:00 pm local time. It commenced with the singing of the national anthems of Myanmar and Qatar, followed by the hoisting of the flags of both nations and a cultural dance performance showcasing Myanmar’s traditions.
Subsequently, the leader of the Myanmar delegation, the director-general of the Myanmar Trade Promotion Organization, delivered a speech, after which the guests were invited to tour the Myanmar and Qatar galleries.
Expo 2023 Doha is scheduled for six months, from 1 October 2023 to 31 March 2024. At the exhibition, the Treasure Cap Company represents the Myanmar pavilion. The Myanmar gallery showcases a variety of agricultural produce, jewellery, natural orchids, and aquatic items from Myanmar. — MNA/KZL
