Oxygen cylinders supplied to hospitals, COVID centres in regions/states

The Tatmadaw and donors have donated oxygen cylinders to public hospitals, Tatmadaw hospitals, medical departments and COVID-19 centres in various regions and states to help meet the oxygen needs in the treatment of patients who have been diagnosed with the COVID-19 disease and those who need special care.
Yesterday, Tatmadaw officials from the Nay Pyi Taw Military Regional Military Headquarters donated 47 oxygen cylinders to the General Hospital (1,000-bedded) in Zabuthiri Township and 45 oxygen cylinders to the Public Hospital (300-bedded) in Pobbathiri Township in Nay Pyi Taw Union Territory.
In addition, 120 oxygen cylinders were donated to public hospitals, Tatmadaw hospitals and COVID-19 centres in Namtu, Lashio townships in northern Shan State. Five oxygen cylinders, one oxygen regulator, two oxygen pipes, 120 PPEs, 4,800 masks, hand gels, gloves, medicines and food were donated to Hsenwi Township Hospital in northern Shan State.
Tatmadaw officials and generous donors also donated 100 oxygen cylinders to Dawei Public Hospital; 75 oxygen cylinders to public hospitals in Dala, Twantay, Kawhmu, Kungyangon, Seikkyi/Khanaungto townships in Yangon Region; 70 oxygen cylinders to public hospitals in Kyonemange, Thaboung and Pyapon townships in Ayeyawady Region.
Oxygen cylinders, oxygen concentrators, liquid oxygen and COVID-19 devices imported by the private companies and by the fund of the Healthcare Department and generous donors have reportedly arrived. They will be distributed to the respective regions and states. – MNA
