Rakhine United vs ISPE ends at 1-1 draw in MNL Week-6

Rakhine United played a 1-1 tie against ISPE FC in the Week-6 match of the Myanmar National League held at Thuwunna Youth Training Centre yesterday.
The ISPE team tried to continue to put pressure on the top three teams but was satisfied with a draw after conceding a goal in the second half.
The Rakhine United was able to end their losing streak in the matches against Maha United and Dagon Star team and moved up.
Both teams attacked from the start, and in the 19th minute, Rakhine’s Min Khant scored an own goal to give ISPE the lead.
The Rakhine team, who had conceded a goal in the first half, opened attack for their equalizers, and Thura produced the valuable goal in the 55th minute.
After the Week-6 matches, Shan United led the MNL table with 16 points, and Yangon garnered 15, Hanthawady 13 points, ISPE 10 points, Yadanabon, Rakhine and Maha United eight points each, Dagon Star and GFA seven points each, Myawady five points, Kachin United two points, and Ayeyawady United got only a point.—Ko Nyi Lay/KZL
