SAC Vice-Chair Deputy C-in-C of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win meets officers, other ranks and families of Loikaw station, comforts Tatmadaw members, and families at local military hospital

State Administration Council Vice-Chairman Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win had a cordial meeting with officers, other ranks and families of Loikaw station in Kayah State yesterday.
In his address to the officers and other ranks, the Vice-Senior General said the Tatmadaw members are responsible to serve the defence duty round the clock. It should apply military techniques in operations and security services and use arms and ammunition effectively to protect the lives and property of the people.
The unity in Tatmadaw plays a key role in serving the military operation and security measures dutifully. There is a step-by-step reporting and opinion-expression system to resolve and fulfil the difficulties and needs of officers, other ranks and families.
It needs to supply welfare such as salary, allowance, ration, accommodation, transportation, foodstuffs, healthcare and education provided by the government and Tatmadaw to the officers, other ranks and families in a timely manner. They need to take care of their health to perform the duties assigned by the higher levels.
The Vice-Senior General then provided foodstuffs to the relevant officials of the station and cordially greeted the officers, other ranks and families.
At the local military hospital in Loikaw, the Vice-Senior General comforted the officers, other ranks and families and residents receiving medical treatment and presented gifts to them.
Moreover, Deputy Minister for Home Affairs Chief of Myanmar Police Force Maj-Gen Zin Min Htet also met with the Myanmar Police Force members and families at Loikaw Police Station and gave necessary instructions. — MNA/KTZH
