Pwintbyu Red Cross provides relief supplies to storm victims

A total of 43 households are affected by the strong winds.

The Red Cross team in Pwintbyu township provided relief supplies on 30 April to the victims who were suffering from the strong winds, it is learnt.
The strong winds damaged residential buildings in Pwintbyu township. There were no reports of any casualties.
The strong winds damaged the houses in Nyaung Chaung village-tract, Kyaukdawyar village-tract, Ah Naut Lay Eain village-tract, Thayettaw village-tract, Nabaegone village-tract, Lyit Kaing village-tract, Kyupan village tract and Phalan Kyin village-tract in Pwintbyu township. The Red Cross in Pwintbyu township, led by U Zaw Win Khaing and his team members, provided relief supplies such as raincoat tents and 11 personal products to each household.  A total of 43 households are affected by the strong winds. —Ye Win Naing (IPRD)/GNLM
