SAC Vice-Chairman Vice-Senior General Soe Win returns from Russian Federation

The Vice-Senior General is welcomed back at the airport.

The Myanmar Tatmadaw delegation led by State Administration Council Vice-Chairman Deputy Commander- in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief(Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win, who attended the closing ceremony of the International Army Games 2022, left the Sheremetyevo International Airport in Moscow, the Russian Federation, on 28 August afternoon. Myanmar Ambassador to Russia U Lwin Oo and wife, Military Attaché (Army, Navy and Air) Brig-Gen Moe Kyaw and wife and officials bade farewell to the delegation.
The Tatmadaw delegation arrived back in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday morning and SAC members General Mya Tun Oo and Lt-Gen Soe Htut, SAC Secretary Lt-Gen Aung Lin Dwe, Joint Secretary Lt-Gen Ye Win Oo, senior officers of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army, Navy and Air), Commander of Nay Pyi Taw Command Maj-Gen Zaw Hein and officials welcomed back the delegation at the airport. — MNA
