Shwedagon holds 15th Myanmar traditional Htamane donation

The 15th Myanmar traditional Htamane donation organized by the Shwedagon Pagoda Board of Trustees was held yesterday at Shwedagon Pagoda with offering alms.
First, members of the Shwedagon Pagoda board of trustees, religious associations and pagoda office staff donated alms, flowers, water, lights and fruits to the Shwedagon Pagoda and share Metta with devotees.
Afterwards, the board of trustees members, religious associations, pagoda office staff and pilgrims donated Htamane alms to Shwedagon Pagoda Ovadacariya Sayadaws and 62 invited Sayadaws. – Ko Ko Zaw/MKKS
