MoBA Union Minister virtually meets Minister of Tourism, Culture and Development of North Eastern Region of India

The virtual meeting between Union Border Affairs Minister Lt-Gen Tun Tun Naung and Minister of Tourism, Culture and Development of North Eastern Region of India is in progress yesterday.

The virtual meeting of Union Minister for Border Affairs Lt-Gen Tun Tun Naung and Minister of Tourism, Culture and Development of North Eastern Region of India Shri G. Kishan Reddy was held at the meeting room of the Ministry of Border Affairs yesterday evening.
At the meeting, they discussed the peace and stability of border regions of the two countries, transport and communications, issues related to socioeconomic development and further promotion of friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
Deputy Minister for Border Affairs Maj-Gen Phyo Thant, the permanent secretary, the director-general, officials, the minister-counsellor charge d’affaires and first secretary of the India embassy, the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Development of North Eastern Region of India, officials of the Ministry of External Affairs and Myanmar Ambassador to India U Moe Kyaw Aung attended the meeting. — MNA/KZW
