The Myanmar RESCUE Social Rescue Federation wrapped up an international-standard emergency response course for young trainees in Mawlamyine recently.
Mon State Minister for Development Affairs Dr Toe Toe Aung spoke on the occasion while chairman of the federation U Hla Tun presented prizes and certificates to trainees.
A total of 75 trainees from around the country attended the course from 1 to 6 June.
On 5 June, the trainees demonstrated their emergency rescue skills in a traffic accident drill in front of the Myoma police station in Sitkekon Ward, Mawlamyine.
