Myanmar sends 148 workers to ROK under EPS in Nov

The Myanmar Embassy in Seoul announced that a total of 148 Myanmar national workers were despatched to the Republic of Korea this month under the Employment Permit System (EPS).
The report states that it was the first batch sending the production workers to South Korea in November.
When the workers arrived at Incheon International Airport on 22 November, the labour attaché of the Myanmar Embassy in Seoul welcomed them at the airport and provided necessary assistance.
Sending workers from Myanmar to South Korea was relatively declined after September. Only 332 workers in total were despatched, divided by twice, in October, the report said.
