NCA 8th Anniversary Celebration Steering Committee meets

The third work coordination meeting of the Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement (NCA) Eighth Anniversary Celebration Steering Committee was held in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
SAC Member Union Minister NCA Eighth Anniversary Celebration Steering Committee Chairman Lt-Gen Yar Pyae gave an opening speech, saying that regarding the celebration of the eighth NCA anniversary, the working committee should carry out systematic inspections to ensure no vacuum in the work they are responsible for and it is necessary to carry out coordinated actions to successfully complete the work and to save money in the use of funds according to the committee. Col Wunna Aung, a member of the National Solidarity and Peacemaking Negotiation Committee, then explained the measures being taken for the ceremony.
The deputy ministers and permanent secretaries from the ministries also discussed the work being carried out by their work committees, and the attendees presented the points where necessary.
Steering Committee Chair Lt-Gen Yar Pyae made supplementary remarks on discussion and presentations before concluding the meeting. — MNA/TS
