Deputy Prime Minister Lt-Gen Soe Htut receives Chinese Ambassador Mr Chen Hai in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.

State Administration Council Member Deputy Prime Minister Union Minister for Home Affairs Lt-Gen Soe Htut received the delegation led by Ambassador Mr Chen Hai of the People’s Republic of China to Myanmar at the ministry in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
During the meeting, both sides cordially discussed and frankly exchanged views on rule of law and cooperation in security affairs, border affairs and the Myanmar Police Force and the Chinese Police Force further cooperation measures.
The meeting was also attended by Deputy Minister Maj-Gen Toe Yi and Permanent Secretary U Khaing Tun Oo from the Ministry of Home Affairs. — MNA/TS
