Senior General Min Aung Hlaing meets businesspersons in Pyin Oo Lwin

Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing met lecturers, military personnel and families of the Tatmadaw Electrical and Engineering School in Pyin Oo Lwin yesterday.
After the meeting, the Senior General and his delegation inspected the motor vehicle parts displayed in the auto repair training room.
The Senior General also visited the Anisakan (Aneesakan) Taung Salin monastery, where he paid homage to vice-presiding Sayadaw Bhaddanta Naymainda and viewed the Maha Datu Stupa.
In the evening, the Senior General met businesspersons at Shwe Pu Zun coffee plantation, where he noted that products that can penetrate international markets are needed for the economic development of a nation. Coffee plantations and the manufacturing sector play an important role and therefore, the meeting is being held to get the necessary information on standard coffee products that can be exported, he added.
He also invited businesspersons to discuss and make suggestions. The businesspersons, along with the Myanmar Coffee Association chair, explained their coffee manufacturing and production processes and the problems faced by them, as well as their needs. The party also visited and inspected the Myanmar Economic Cooperation and Pyin Oo Lwin Nan Myaing Pure Coffee factory.
