Tatmadaw medics ready to assist in Phaunggyi COVID-19 medical centre

The COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment activities are being accelerated in the country, and the Tatmadaw medical team is dispatched to the COVID-19 treatment centre (Phaunggyi).
The 17th Tatmadaw medical team will transfer duties with the 16th batch of a 41-member medical team. Commander of Yangon Command Maj-Gen Nyunt Win Swe and other officials met and comforted the new medical team members yesterday morning.
Then, one of the medical team volunteers explained their aims for providing medical services, and the Commander gave the presents.
The current 37-member Tatmadaw volunteer medical team includes Pathologists, Radiologists, staff nurses and other-level medical staff.—MNA
