Stock trading of Amara Investment Securities Co., Ltd (AIS) will commence on 20 January through the Yangon Stock Exchange (YSX), according to an announcement by the bourse.
YSX granted trading qualification to several securities companies — Myanmar Securities Exchange Centre Co., Ltd, KBZ Stirling Coleman Securities Co., Ltd, CB Securities Ltd, AYA Trust Securities Co., Ltd, KTZ Ruby Hill Securities Co., Ltd and Amara Investment Securities Co., Ltd.
Currently the three listed companies on YSX — First Myanmar Investment (FMI), Myanmar Thilawa SEZ Holdings (MTSH) and Myanmar Citizens Bank (MCB) — are trading shares. First Private Bank (FPB) will start its stock trading on 20th January. A total of 15,289 shares worth Ks94,010,100 were traded at YSX on 18th January, with the share prices of Ks14,000 for FMI, Ks4,400 for MTSH and Ks9,100 for MCB.
