Reserved rice donated by Japan, ROK under APTERR Tier-3 transferred to Myinmu residents in Sagaing Region

The donation ceremony of reserve rice and related materials donated by Japan and Republic of Korea under APTERR Tier-3 to Myinmu Township of Sagaing Region was organized at Myat Zeyar Hall of the Sagaing District Agriculture Department yesterday.
During the ceremony, the head of the District Agriculture Department called on participants to discuss the cooking process of reserve, rice and related materials and do’s and don’ts as surveys on people’s opinion about tastes will be conducted for tastes from the people. Then, the team leaders cooked rice and the people gave the feedback.
Then, Sagaing District Administration Body Chairman U Khin Maung Sint and officials handed over the donated rice and related accessories to Myinmu residents. It was also attended by departmental officials, residents and members of social organizations.—Zaw Myint Naing (Sagaing District IPRD)/KTZH
