TO improve the capacity of the staff, a refresher course for capacity building of government servants has been conducted at the office of the Information and Public Relations Department (IPRD) of Taungoo District.
The staff from the Information and Public Relations Departments are attending the course which will last for six days from 1 to 6 February. Staff Officers of the District and township IPRDs are giving lectures on the following subjects — Office Letter Writing and Management, Public Relations, Management of the Public Libraries, Book Keeping, Civil Service law, Printing and Publishing Law, Media Law and History in the national development.
