Delegations led by Foreign Ministers of Mekong-Lancang Cooperation arrive Myanmar to attend the 7th Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Foreign Ministers’ Meeting

The Foreign Ministers of Mekong-Lancang Cooperation; Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia H.E. Mr. Prak Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lao PDR H.E. Mr. Saleumxay Kommasith, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand H.E. Mr. Don Pramudwinai and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Viet Nam H.E. Mr. Bui Thanh Son; accompanied by their delegations arrived respectively at NyaungU Airport in Bagan in the afternoon of 3rd July 2022 to attend the 7th Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Foreign Ministers’ Meeting. They were welcomed at the NyaungU Airport by Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs H.E. U Kyaw Myo Htut, Minister for Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation of the Mandalay Region U Myo Aung, Director-General of the Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs U Wunna Han and officials concerned.
In the evening, the Union Minister for Foreign Affairs H.E.U Wunna Maung Lwin hosted a Gala Dinner in honour of the Foreign Ministers of Mekong-Lancang Cooperation and their delegations.
At the dinner, the artistes from the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture presented the Cultural Performance. —MNA
