A Japanese documentary team film transformer production at a factory in South Dagon Industrial Zone yesterday.
Along with shooting the stages of transformer production and interviewing, the group will tour around Htaw Thwan village in Kalawal Village-tract, Thanlyin to observe application of electrical appliances from May 10th to 15th. Furthermore, they said that they have documented international use of Hitachi brand, and that the videos will be uploaded on Youtube in July after Editing.
The transformer production is the joint venture business of the Hitachi Company Limited and Hitachi Soe Electric & Machinery Company Limited.
Under the nationwide electrification plan 2030, the JV company has won the tender for installing 5389 transformers to distribute electricity form 11 KV power grid. So far, it has contributed 4,400 transformers to the government.
As Ministry of Information and related departments have relaxed rules concerning the documentary, shootings of international advertisement, documentary and movies are rising in Myanmar.—MNA
