Qualified depositors at CHID Bank until end December entitled to buy residential units with a long-term, low-interest mortgage

People who have saved the specified amount in housing savings accounts at the Construction, Housing & Infrastructure Development Bank (CHID) by 31 December 2023 will be eligible to buy 104 apartments in the Aung Myint Mo quarters to be sold by the Department of Urban and Housing Development with a mortgage at a low interest rate and for a long period.

Those interested in buying housing units can register their names on the “DUHD Sale Housing” Facebook Page Messenger of the DUHD.

The seniority list of candidates who have saved the specified amount in housing savings accounts of CHID by 31 December 2023  is described on that Facebook page. Following the registration, the DUHD will announce the list of the customers who will be allowed to buy the units in order of the seniority list.

If there are any difficulties with the registration, people can contact the DUHD on 067 340 7527, 09 795 824 722, the CHID Bank on 01 837 0124, 01 837 0125, and call centre on 09 401 010 810 and 09 401 010 820 during office hours, it said.
